FTerms & Conditions for Majin Buu Gym Set Giveaway

By participating in the Majin Buu Gym Set Giveaway, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

- This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

- The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

- Employees, affiliates, sponsors, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

- The Giveaway is sponsored by ForsakenWill, located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

3. How to Enter

- Participants must follow these steps to enter:

1. Subscribe to our email and SMS updates.
2. Share the Instagram post announcing the Giveaway and tag @Forsakenwill.

- Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period

- The Giveaway begins on TBD at TBD and ends on TBD at TBD. All entries must be submitted within this time frame to be eligible.

5. Prize

- The prize includes a set of gym clothes consisting of a shirt, shorts, and a beanie ("Majin Buu Gym Set").

- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other items.

- The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is [insert value]. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection

- One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry (email or SMS).

- The winner will be announced on TBD on Forsakenwill instagram.

- The winner must claim the prize within [48 hours or a reasonable timeframe] of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this time, a new winner will be selected.

7. Publicity

- By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Disqualification

- Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the Giveaway process, including falsifying entries or using multiple identities, will result in immediate disqualification.

- We reserve the right to disqualify any participant for violating these terms or acting in a disruptive manner.

9. Limitation of Liability

- By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Forsakenwill, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

- We are not responsible for any technical or other failures that affect the entry process, including but not limited to network malfunctions, human error, or equipment failures.

10. Governing Law

- The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.

11. Privacy

- Your personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Forsakenwill’s privacy policy.

12. Changes to Terms

- Forsakenwill reserves the right to modify or cancel this Giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise beyond our control.
